Joe Ogle, Practice Manager and Physical Therapist

Ogle is a graduate of the physical therapy program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. When not working with patients, Ogle helps keep the entire practice running smoothly in his role as practice manager, overseeing satellite offices spanning the region. Ogle has spent his entire career working in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting, joining OrthoOklahoma after working for a national rehabilitation corporation for more than 12 years. In addition to licensure in physical therapy, Ogle is a certified athletic trainer. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the American Association of Orthopedic Executives. He is active in local Rotary, Relay for Life and other community efforts. He is active at Sunnybrook Christian Church, serving as emcee for many special programs and leading mission efforts. Ogle lives in Stillwater with his wife and two sons.

Krista Clinkscale, Workers’ Compensation Coordinator

Krista Clinkscale understands workers’ compensation thoroughly from experience within the occupational health world with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. She also has a deep understanding of the internal clinical side of OrthoOklahoma after working alongside the board certified physicians for three years prior to transitioning to Workers’ Compensation Coordinator. Clinkscale’s experience in labor and delivery and same day surgery gives her familiarity with pre and post-operative care. The chain of events in workers’ compensation process may feel long and tedious. Let Clinkscale help you streamline the process and scour the details. She gets answers and documentation in a timely manner, helps ensure causation is addressed, aids in developing a solution so the patient is brought to health and facilitates the patient resuming work in the optimal time. Gail Hartl, Senior Accountant and HR Support Analyst

Gail Hartl ensures that OrthoOklahoma’s financial practices are efficient and accurate. She is responsible for the practice’s accounting and financial reporting, as well as any human resources needs such as new hires, payroll, credentialing and more. Hartl earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Colorado State University and brings over 25 years of experience to the practice. While patients may not regularly interact with Hartl, trust that her behind the scenes work allows OrthoOklahoma’s physicians, therapists, nurses and patient financial professionals to effectively serve you.

Dorothy Fouquet, Business Office Manager

Dorothy Fouquet serves OrthoOklahoma as the business office manager, keeping track of accounts receivable, insurance reimbursements and claims. She regularly helps patients, like you, determine insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. Fouquet then guides you through flexible financing options to ensure OrthoOklahoma’s excellent orthopedic care fits within your financial lifestyle. Fouquet received her bachelor’s degree in health administration and business management from Langston University. She has more than 12 years of financial experience in the healthcare industry. In an industry that is ever changing and evolving, Fouquet continues to learn the latest developments through continued education. At the Quorum Health Resources Learning Institute, she completed the Patient Financial Services Director and Patient Financial Services Policy and Procedure programs.
